Happy Sunday, Tiger Families! 🧡💙

Quick heads up: No school TOMORROW - Monday, October 12th - and after this week, our Tigers are off until Wednesday, November 4th. So buckle up, read to the bottom, and let's finish strong! 💪

P.S. Missed something lately (Western Wear Day, we're looking at you 👀)?  Everything lives right here in the Sunday message and on our Facebook page - every single week.

ParentSquare is the fastest way to reach our attendance team, and you can upload doctor's notes right in the app. Thank you for helping us keep our records accurate!

This Friday, your Tiger takes the lead!  At Student Led Conferences, OUR STUDENTS run the show - sharing their goals, celebrating their wins, and showing YOU the leader they're becoming.

It's "Begin with the End in Mind" in action: your child sets the vision, walks you through their progress, and synergizes with YOU on what comes next. Trust us - watching your Tiger confidently lead their own conference is a proud-parent moment you won't want to miss!

📋 Conference forms already came home with your student - if yours got buried in the backpack (it happens to the best of us! 😄), please return it ASAP!

❓ Questions? Reach out to your child's teacher - they're happy to help!

Pro tip (that's Habit #1, Be Proactive 😉): Come with questions, bring your cheering voice, and be ready to be WOWED.

See you Friday - our leaders can't wait to shine! 💙🧡

Here at SJE, we know growing great leaders means more than sharpening pencils - it's about taking time to Sharpen the Saw!  Rest, play, read a little, move a lot - balance body, brain, and heart. That's what leaders do! 💙

Simple ideas count BIG over break: a trip to the park, a bike ride, crafts at the kitchen table, or getting lost in a great book. 📚🚲🎨

Looking for even more? There are lots of opportunities for students in our community - check out Peachjar to see everything happening nearby! 🎉

Rest well, play hard, and we'll see our Tigers back on Wednesday, November 4th - recharged and ready to lead! 💙🧡

Tiger Nation, have we got news! Our students have been earning Tiger Points all year for following ROAR expectations - and the numbers are in... over 639,000 Tiger Points and counting! 🤯

And Tiger Pride is paying off - literally! 🐾 Points have been spent on some awesome perks: morning greeter duty 👋, Principal for a Day✨, and so much more through our SJE ROAR Store.

Check out our Fall 2026 PBIS Newsletter - it's packed with celebrations, highlights, and all things positive behavior at SJE!
