The Leader in Me program is an evidence-based, comprehensive school improvement model—developed in partnership with educators and FranklinCovey—that empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive in a global community.  The Leader in Me process defines our school’s operations, permeates instructional practice and curriculum, and is the basis of a vibrant leadership development approach for both students and staff.
