Only 9 days left! Our testing season is almost over. All that remains is the 5th Grade Science Test on Tuesday. So far, our Kindergarten through 4th graders have done amazingly well. Our students continue to impress us each year with their incredible growth. To our 5th-grade parents, please help us emphasize the importance of this one final testing day on Tuesday and encourage your children to do their very best on the Science test. Please also remind our 5th graders to get a great night's sleep, and remember they have access to a free breakfast in the morning! Keep up the great work, 5th grade!

Let's finish the year strong and aim for the best elementary attendance rate! We're currently right in the mix with a daily attendance rate around 93%, and every day counts. As we get closer to exciting end-of-year activities like field trips, field day, and classroom celebrations, it might be tempting to think a day missed here or there isn't a big deal. However, strong attendance ensures our students don't miss out on these special events and valuable learning time right up to the very last day.

Please remember to contact the school to report any absences. If we don't receive information, the absence will be marked as unexcused.

As we head into these final weeks, we're also continuing to focus on our ROAR PBIS expectations: Responsible, Optimistic, Attentive, and Respectful. We want all our students to enjoy the end-of-year fun, and maintaining these positive behaviors will help ensure everyone can participate fully and that our classroom expectations are met.
